64-bed CBRF serves co-ed adults with chronic mental illness. Meals, activities, transportation, and access to work and day programming are provided. On-site nursing, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and occupational therapy are available. This is a transitional facility for individuals either re-entering the community from the hospital or who need additional support to return to a lesser restrictive living arrangement (e.g. apartment). Single rooms are available.
