Day One East CSP provides supportive services to developmentally
disabled individuals within their community. An intensive case
management approach is utilized in order to maximize growth and
independence. Services include assessment, evaluation, individualized
and on-going treatment planning, referral, service coordination,
and continuity of care. A person-centered approach meets each
consumer's multiple needs.
