Nash CBRF integrates 4 to 6 individuals from state developmental centers into the community. The program provides training, support, guidance, and education in the basics of community living, as well as providing continued support and follow-up of skills acquired or practiced in the centers. Given the intensity and unique characteristics of each of the individuals targeted, this site is an individualized program/treatment model to meet the needs of each person referred. These individuals also have the opportunity to attend a part-time or full-time day program, dependent upon their needs.
