Bell Therapy offers a variety of residential services
for men and women who have developmental disabilities and/or severe
and persistent mental illnesses.
Each facility provides its own unique, home-like environment.
Services are designed to enhance and teach each individual the skills needed
to achieve greater independence.
Residential Options Include:
- 1-2 bedroom supported apartments
- 4 bed Adult Family Homes
- 5-8 bed CBRFs (group homes)
- A large, 46 bed CBRF
Staffing patterns range from 24-hour coverage at the CBRFs and
the Adult Family Home to daily contact at the apartments. Residential
staff is trained to provide comprehensive support, supervision,
and training.
Our residential facilities are located in neighborhoods throughout
Milwaukee and Kenosha and are near local bus lines.
The Belwood Respite Home is an alternative
to psychiatric inpatient hospitalization that expands the continuum
of services, intervention and support of individuals in crisis
to stabilize and quickly return them to their normal rhythm of
daily activities. The Respite Home provides less restrictive,
more normative environments to treat and support people
experiencing psychological crises on a short term basis.
