CSP Provides a broad array of
services and support that are delivered through an assertive, community-based
case management approach to adults age 18 and over who are seriously and
persistently mentally ill.
The program is designed to assist
consumers to live independently in the community. Services are customized
in treatment plans to address each person's needs, identify individual
strengths that promote recovery, and assist in achieving positive outcomes.

CSP provides 24-hour crisis assistance and is available to consumers seven
days per week. Clinical staff provides on-going assessment, treatment planning,
symptom monitoring, and supportive psychotherapy. CSP is certified by the
State of Wisconsin
