Underwood House is a specialized 8-bed CBRF for co-ed adults with chronic mental illness re-entering society from long-term institutionalization. Structured, home-like setting, family style meals, activities, transportation, and one-on-one life skills training are provided. Treatment focuses on the establishment and maintenance of a daily routine and development of essential life skills. A higher staff ratio provides extra structure and support.
