Donald R. Fritz, LCSW, MA
Donald Fritz is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of
Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. He began his career in mental health in 1966
after receiving his Masters Degree in Social Work from the University
of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He worked as a psychiatric social worker for
Milwaukee County's Child and Adolescent Treatment Center. He also engaged
in private practice and served as a consultant to the Mental Health Association
in Milwaukee County. He co-founded Willowglen Academy in 1972 and served
as its first director. Over the years he held a variety of positions at
Willowglen, including that of Chief Clinical Director. He is a Fellow
of the American Orthopsychiatry Association and a member of the World
Federation for Mental Health. Mr. Fritz also holds a Master's Degree in
Theology from Sacred Heart School of Theology in Hales Corners, Wisconsin.
Henry
R. Kunath, MBA
Henry
Kunath is the Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer
for Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. He began his career as a Residential
Care Worker in Willowglen Academy - New Jersey in 1994. Throughout
Mr. Kunath's career with Willowglen Academy-NJ and Bell Therapy in Wisconsin,
he has served in a variety of roles; to include, multiple Residential
Supervisor positions, Residential Coordinator, Program Coordinator for
Day Services and he currently serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
Mr. Kunath earned an Undergraduate degree in Organizational Administration
(2000) and a Master's in Business Administration (2004) from the University
of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He is also an active member of the American
Society for Quality (ASQ), the Society for Human Resources Management
(SHRM) and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).

Kelvin B. Hill, LSW, MPA
La
Kelvin B. Hill is the Director of Facilities and Risk Management for Phoenix
Care Systems, Inc. He began his career in mental health in 1984 while
completing a degree in Social Work and Human Communications from Carroll
College in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He worked as a Recreational Coordinator
and as a Child Care Counselor until 1986. He was hired as a Child Care
Counselor for Willowglen Academy - Wisconsin in 1987 and was transferred
to Willowglen Academy - New Jersey as a Counselor Supervisor. In 1993,
he began a 12-year term as Program Director for Willowglen Academy - Indiana,
Inc. followed by his appointment to Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. in 2005.
He is a licensed Social Worker and holds a Master's degree in Human Service
Administration from Indiana University. Mr. Hill served as the Vice President
of the Indiana Association of Residential Child Care Agencies (IARCCA)
and has served as Membership Coordinator and Board Member for the Portage
YMCA. |
Leonard
F. Dziubla, DCSW
Len Dziubla is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Care
Systems, Inc. He has spent more than 30 years in health care as a graduate
level social worker, with varying experiences in public welfare, mental
health care, psychiatric hospital service, private practice mental health
counseling, and social services. He joined Willowglen Academy-New Jersey
in l987 as its Executive Director. In l994, he was named C.E.O. of Willowglen
Holdings, Inc. He currently is a member of the Milwaukee Downtown Rotary
Club. Mr. Dziubla earned his Master's Degree in Social Work from
University of Wisconsin -Milwaukee in l968. He is licensed as an Independent
Clinical Practitioner in Wisconsin and New Jersey. He also is a member
of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Diplomat of the National
Association of Social Workers, a Certified Healthcare Executive of the
American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Fellow of the American
Orthopsychiatry Association.
Joseph
O'Grady, Jr., M.D., FAAP
Joseph O'Grady, M.D., is the Medical Director and Vice President of Clinical
Services for Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. A graduate of the University of
Minnesota Medical School, Dr. O'Grady interned in pediatrics at Northwestern
Medical School, Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, completed a pediatrics
residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin/Children's Hospital of Wisconsin,
and a residency in adult psychiatry, a fellowship in child and adolescent
psychiatry, and a fellowship in medical education at the Medical College
of Wisconsin. He also has completed a certificate program at Johns
Hopkins University. Currently an associate professor of Clinical
Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at
the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. O'Grady has been associated with
Phoenix Care Systems since 1996. He continues to teach medical students
and residents, and do research, with an emphasis on psychiatric disorders
occurring in persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Dr. O'Grady is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the
American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), American
Psychiatric Association (APA), and American Association of Intellectual
and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). Dr. O'Grady is licensed to practice
in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, and South Carolina. He is
listed in "Best Doctors in America" since 2009.
John
A. Yopps, MS
John
A. Yopps, M.S., is the Director of Marketing, Outreach and Admissions
for Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. (PCS) Mr. Yopps has over 15 years
of prior experience with Willowglen Academy-Wisconsin, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. A graduate of the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's School of Social Welfare, he earned an Executive
Master's of Management from the McLaren School of Business at the University
of San Francisco. Mr. Yopps began his career at Willowglen Academy-Wisconsin
as a Direct Care Worker while still an undergraduate at UW-Milwaukee.
After holding various management positions, Mr. Yopps advanced to serve
as the company's first Director of Community Care Services. He has
earned professional accolades including the Provider of the Year award
and the Individual Excellence award from Wraparound Milwaukee. After
an absence of five (5) years in pursuit of other professional interests,
he re-joined Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. in 2005. Mr. Yopps pursues
personal interests in the non-profit community and enjoys time spent with
his family and friends.
