Established
in Gary, Indiana in 1994, Willowglen Academy - Indiana, Inc. is a Licensed
Child Care Facility and a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Care Systems,
Inc. The residential treatment program and the administrative offices
are located in the heart of a residential community. By design, the program
is known conceptually as a "Residential Center Without Walls."
As a Licensed
Child Placing Agency, Willowglen Academy provides a wide range of services,
varied levels of care, intervention strategy and delivery methodology.

full accreditation through Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO) since 2000.
