Services Overview
Willowglen
provides a range of services which are comprehensive, multidisciplinary,
family-focused and child-centered. Conceptually, our program is best described
as a community-based system of care, characterized by several disciplines,
including: social work, psychiatry, psychology, medical, education / vocation,
nursing, dietary, milieu and recreation. These disciplines blend their
expertise to formulate an individualized treatment plan for each resident.
Each discipline works with other provider systmes charged with servicing
children and adolescents and with community support services, which are
required to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

provided by Willowglen include:
- Individual, group and family treatment
- Psychosocial assessment
- Psychiatric and psychological evaluation and consultation
- Parent training
- Medication prescription, administration and management
- Milieu therapy
- Recreation
- Education (217 days annually) and vocational assessment
and experiences
- Nursing, dietary and nutritional services
- Local medical and dental providers, Office of Vocational
Rehabilitation, local school district, churches and local businesses
in the community are an integral part of our service delivery system.
