Willowglen Academy accepts referrals from a variety of sources
including the private sector, school districts, state and local agencies,
etc. We offer clinical treatment programs and education services in a
therapeutic setting by licensed and certified mental health clinicians and
teachers. The intake process includes a review of pertinent documentation
and a personal interview with the prospective client by our multi-disciplinary
intake committee.
Willowglen Academy-NJ provides a 40 bed residential treatment
facility and three group homes for children ages 10 - 18 who are
emotionally disturbed. This program is located in Sussex County.
Boys and girls from every area in New Jersey are served. Behaviors
include disorders of mood or thought processes, difficulties of
self-control and judgement, and disturbances in the ability to
care for and relate to others. Potential clients must be classified
as special education students by their school districts. Willowglen
also operates a school to serve our emotionally disturbed children. Admissions@willowglen-nj.com

Wilowglen Academy also provides group homes
for children and adults with mental retardation and/or psychiatric disorders
in north and south Jersey. A second Willowglen school provides education
for children. Willowglen Academy makes a lifetime commitment to serve
clients in these programs.
