Willowglen Academy New Jersey offers two models of residential
programs, reflective of the two groups we support.
Our residential treatment facility
located in Andover Township, in Sussex County, provides a 24 hour
consistent, structured program for forty emotionally disturbed
adolescents. The Campus offers residential, education and recreational
wings under one roof, as well as outdoor recreation opportunities.
Additionally, three group homes affiliated with
the residential treatment facility offer homelike settings for
children whose needs would be better served by this model.

Willowglen Academy offers a group home model for children and
adults with developmental disabilities in Sussex, Warren, Burlington,
Camden and Gloucester Counties. Usually four to six clients live
in the homes and staff provides 24 hour support services. Our
people served in this program may be mentally retarded, many additionally
have autism. Some have psychiatric disorders as well.
Two schools staffed with special education certified teachers,
provide individually designed educational programs for our children.
Three day programs provide services for developmentally disabled
adults.
