This 45-acre facility is located in the rural area of Clarendon
County, South Carolina. The main campus was once a retreat and
a summer camp. It houses the Therapeutic Behavioral Services - High Management, serving
a 54- co-ed adolescent population ages 12-21, and the clinical
day program, serving an average of 90 students form the high management
group home and the surrounding communities.
Edisto Cottage
This 10-bed cottage serves an all male population ages 12-21.
Treatment focuses on daily living skills, behavior management
techniques and socialization skills in a small community environment
with emphasis on transition to a less restrictive adult living
arrangement.
Kiawah and Swampfox Cottages
The winding walkways at main campus will lead you to these two
10-bed cottages, serving an all male population ages 12-21. Treatment
focuses on daily living skills, behavior management techniques

emphasis on transition to a less restrictive adult living arrangement.
Cherokee Cottage
Across from the training room, Cherokee Cottage is a 4-bed cottage
serving an all-male population ages 12-21. It serves as a transition
cottage for the main campus for residents in the process of transitioning
to a less restrictive living arrangement.
Palmetto Cottage
This 10-bed cottage serves an all female population ages 12-21.

with emphasis on transition to a less restrictive adult living
arrangement.

This 10-bed cottage serves an all female population ages 12-21.
Treatment focuses on daily living skills, behavior management
techniques, socialization skills, in a small community environment
with emphasis on transition to a less restrictive adult living
arrangement.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
With 2 buildings housing 7 classrooms and the main campus auditorium,
the Psychosocial Rehabilitation serves an average of 90 students per school year. Using
multi-systemic therapy, the program provides a system of services
for youths "needing an alternative educational/social setting
in which their maladaptive behaviors can be therapeutically remediated.
Recreation Area
The recreational hall on the main campus houses a variety of indoor
recreational activities such as: billiards, fooz-ball, video games
and movies, etc. Next to the recreational hall are the basketball
court, volleyball court, and baseball field. The main campus also
has a good hiking trail, and a swimming pool and soccer field.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria building houses the cafeteria, training room, and
the nurse's station.
