We
serve children and families as a resource and facilitation link for children
identified as seriously emotionally disturbed.
How
we serve
We
provide care coordination services through Wraparound Milwaukee.
Each
Care Coordinator strives to meet the treatment needs of children by coordinating
service providers such as:
- In-home therapists
to include:
- Art;
- Play;
- Recreation;
- Music;
- Parent assistants;
- Crisis stabilization
mentors;
- Tutors;
- AODA counselors;
- Probation
officers;
- Bureau of
Milwaukee Child Welfare Workers
Through
their efforts, Care Coordinators are able to keep children and families
united within the home and the community instead of placement in restrictive
care settings.
